Portable Restroom Service
Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  What areas do you service?
A:  Almost anywhere within 1 hour driving time from the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

Q:  How many people can a portable toilet handle?
A:  One Toilet can handle up to 10 workers on a normal 40 hour work week.

Q:  Can you service a toilet more than once a week?
A:  In most cases yes, but if we are not in that area 2 times a week we will put two toilets in place and service them 1 time a week.

Q:  How do you keep the odor down?
A:  We use top of the line chemicals to treat the waste, but keep in mind even that doesn't always help when its 100 degrees outside.  If you continue to have problems with odor you may need to increase service frequency or add another unit.  The odor comes when the waste breaks the water line.

Q:  How many toilets do I need for my job site?
A:  We can help with that, we have an estimator that helps determine the number of toilets needed base on hours worked and the number of people on the job site.  Please give us your numbers.

Q:  How much do you charge?
A:  That depends mostly where the toilet will be located, and if its easily accessible, and the level of service that you need.

Q:  What hours do you service the toilets?
A:  Our drivers start their work at 5:30 AM and the work ends when their route is done.

Q:  What are some reasons you would miss or skip a toilet?
A:  Job site too muddy, truck will get stuck.  The toilet is blocked by workers vehicles.  Unpaid invoices.

Q:  What happens when my toilet gets tipped over either by weather or rowdy kids?

A:  Once you call in we can schedule a cleaning for an extra charge or you can set it up and wait till your next service day.

Q:  How much toilet paper do you put in the toilets?
A:  For once a week service we put two rolls per toilet per week.
